Frequently Asked Questions

 

Delivery

Standard delivery is free.

We aim to deliver orders to UK mainland addresses within 3-5 days (excluding bank holidays) of you placing your order. We do our best to get your items to you as soon as possible and as a result some orders may arrive earlier.

Our preferred delivery company will attempt delivery of your order twice and will leave you a card each time to tell you that they have attempted delivery, or they will leave you a card to tell you that they have left it at a secure area of your property (if requested). After the second failed attempt your order will be returned to us and we will contact you to advise.

If sent by Royal Mail your postman will attempt one delivery and will leave you a card so that you can contact them and arrange a redelivery or to collect it from your local Royal Mail depot.

IMPORTANT UPDATE: Please allow up to seven working days for dispatch during lock-down. We will endeavour to fulfil orders quicker than this of course and thankyou in advance for your understanding.

 

Payment

We accept payment by Credit Card, Debit Card, PayPal and Apple Pay.

 

Returns

If you change your mind about an item, please return it to us for a refund. You have 14 days, from the date your order has been delivered, to return your purchase for a refund. Please do not return an item after the 14 days.

For a successful refund, the items must be unworn and in the same condition as they were sent.

Please remember to include a proof of purchase. The shipping note is fine for this.

You are responsible for the shipping cost on returning the item back to us. The shipping costs are non-refundable. We cannot be responsible for the loss or damage of any returned parcels, so please send tracked and keep your tracking number.

Have It All Fashion only ships to the UK.

 

Washing instructions

For printed garments, we recommend that you turn your printed garments inside out when filling the washing machine and use the gentle cycle. Use up to 30 degree washes. DO NOT use bleach.

Air Dry your garment or use the LOW heat setting on your dryer. For ironing, we advise turning your garment inside out and using a low heat.

For dark-coloured garments, we use a fixing agent that is applied to the garments before they go into production to help the colour adhere to the garments. Due to this, the garments will often need to be washed (even a couple of times) before they are worn the first time to take away the slight smell of the fixing agent.

 

Garment printing

We use DTG, or Direct to Garment print which is a method that sees a printer directly apply ink to the garment (as the name suggests). To ensure the highest quality application when applying ink directly to a garment, a specialist printer is required, along with specialist ink which is absorbed by the fibres of the garment. A fixing agent is also applied to dark-coloured garments before they go into production to help the colour adhere to the garments. Due to this, the garments will often need to be washed before they are worn the first time to take away the slight smell of the fixing agent.
