Shipping and Returns

Delivery

Standard delivery is free.

We aim to deliver orders to UK mainland addresses within 3-5 days (excluding bank holidays) of you placing your order. We do our best to get your items to you as soon as possible and as a result some orders may arrive earlier.

Our preferred delivery company will attempt delivery of your order twice and will leave you a card each time to tell you that they have attempted delivery, or they will leave you a card to tell you that they have left it at a secure area of your property (if requested). After the second failed attempt your order will be returned to us and we will contact you to advise.

If sent by Royal Mail your postman will attempt one delivery and will leave you a card so that you can contact them and arrange a redelivery or to collect it from your local Royal Mail depot.

IMPORTANT UPDATE: Please allow up to seven working days for dispatch during lock-down. We will endeavour to fulfil orders quicker than this of course and thankyou in advance for your understanding

 

Payment

We accept payment by Credit Card, Debit Card, PayPal and Apple Pay.

All transaction information passed between our website is encrypted using 128-bit SSL certificates. No card holder information is ever passed unencrypted and any messages sent to our servers from our payment service provider are signed using MD5 hashing to prevent tampering. You can be completely assured that nothing we pass to our payment service provider can be examined, used or modified by any third parties attempting to gain access to sensitive information.

 

Returns

If you change your mind about an item, please return it to us for a refund. You have 14 days, from the date your order has been delivered, to return your purchase for a refund. Please do not return an item after the 14 days.

For a successful refund, the items must be unworn and in the same condition as they were sent.

Please remember to include a proof of purchase. The shipping note is fine for this.

You are responsible for the shipping cost on returning the item back to us. The shipping costs are non-refundable. We cannot be responsible for the loss or damage of any returned parcels, so please send tracked and keep your tracking number.

 

Exchanges

We decorate your items to order at Have It All Fashion. Due to this we can't provide an exchange service. If you would like to return an item, please follow the instructions above to return your item within 14 days, then place a new order online.

 

 

Faulty items

In the unlikely event that you have received a faulty item we’re really sorry! Please contact our Customer Support Team, before sending it back to us, including your order number, and they will advise you on how to proceed: support@haveitallfashion.com
